Low Key Freaking out.. does anyone know what i contracted? or if its a non STD symptom? HELP lol

bear with me im MAJORLY depressed.. for many reason basically my life fell off a cliff recently and to top it off I had sex with a woman (who i have several times with no issue) but of course the last time about a week after we had sex i noticed my Penile head went from its previously tan smooth surface to a rigid/bumpy surface and lost nearly all its tan color.. then white bumps began appearing and i started getting worried about it. It NEVER Itched, pained or caused any discomfort physically btw. I checked this website out at the time and it sounded like a potentially common disorder and that Hydrocortizone cream twice a day for up to 10 days clears it up.. so i did that and it did go away mostly but theres still small bumps around the rim on the penile head and one patch on the right hand side (pictured below and is also current picture) but what freaks me out is that the actual penile head still has a tint of red that also appears purple at times and reading up what it might be on the internet while already stressed tf out is making me go crazy.. ill be setting up a doctors appointment to get tested soon but im curious what it may be. THANK YOU for any advice/comments.. oh yea and fyi the first picture was from a week after sex and the other picture as mentioned is about 6 weeks later.

Dear Cry.  Please don't get yourself stressed out.  That will not help.  If you know this girl they you can trust her RIGHT.  Now I did some research and I read 2 doctors reports.  One doctor said that it is normal for a man to get bump on his penis from time to time and it could be just a pimple.  That was the first one.  Bur the secound on I like better.  Now this doctor said that it is nothing to worried about.  You may have a condition called " Pearly Penile Papules "  Which are 1 to 2 mm round bumps that are attached to the rim of the head it can make multiple rows.  It also said that it is found in uncircumcised men. I don't know how old you are but to play it safe I would go to the doctor and get it checked.  Also next time cover up Please  Ken

im 22, and thanks alot Ken! really appreciated.. Honestly you probably cant trust anyone 110% so who knows. im going to go get checked out soon but its been driving me nuts so had to ask.. i thought it was the pearly white PPP at first but it sounded like that only occurs on the rim of the head.. idk but i assume since it never has either itched, burned, blistered, or caused pain that it cant be anything too bad.

The best thing is to go and get it checked.  And please I remember( when i was 22 40 years ago ) Cover up to be safe.  By any chance has the girl you had sex with said anything to you that she has a problem lately??  Just asking Ken  PS  If you masturbate make sure you wash good and get yourself checked as soon as you can don't worry

this is not a pathology. most likely, during an erection, the head of the penis was not smooth before. Do not be afraid
