i had two doses of LMWH around a month apart due to raised d dimer on two occasions. since then i have noticed that my blood is a lot thinner and it takes a lot longer for wounds to stop bleeding.
im not sure if this is a common side effect of the medication as LMWH doesnt stay long in the body?
