    Hi there

I have low oxygen levels with my bronchiectisis. This is because the heart is put at stress trying to pump blood through the lungs and around the body. I eventually got congenital heart failure with the symptoms being blue lips and fingers and my ankles and tummy swelling. The rest of me is very thin. The doctor tested my oxygen levels which was on 74 and then put me on oxygen for 10 minutes. This bought the level up to 94. As a result I hired an oxygen machine and use it a few hours a night and a few hours a day. It has helped hugely to raise my energy level. I am now going to get a portable one.

That is not bad levels Joyce. I would not worry. Perhaps walking and Ozonide or Cell Food drops will help oxyginate your system. They are two excellent products.
