I reduced my dose from 75 to 50. last night I noticed my pulse rate at 59. Today its been in the 60's but when I stand up and do something my heart rate increases. Is this normal and will it go away?

Before I was diagnosed that was my exact symptoms and I was given 25mg of tyrosine and got better now I take about 25 mg a week as I feel dont need it however the symptoms you have I also had with low iron levels so maybe you should visit your GP
