Low sodium levels

Hi all

My Dad (67) suffered from low sodium and had a to have intravenous sodium to jncrease his levels. Drs believe this was caused my medication.

He'd also had Covid and unable to sleep, and takes a water tablet (which they thought were the cause. It had also been extremely hot in the UK.

He was discharged a week ago but suffered anxiety symptoms so Dr started on Sertraline 25mg.

Started suffering low sodium symptoms again and his sodium levels have dropped. Currently at A&E.

Has anyone else experienced this with Sertraline? Reading side effects it could be a possibility. Just thinking about what questions we should be asking the DRs, so any experiences welcome. Thanks
