Low T4

I came out of remission and relapsed last year. I'm 31 f and I was first diagnosed at 17. I achieved remission at 24 but it came back.

04/19: T4 0.7, TSH 3.1, T3 2.7. Methimazole 10mg.

07/20: T4 0.6, TSH 2.55, T3 2.6. Methimazole 5mg.

My other ranges are normal, but the THS continues to go down but slower.

My doctor says to continue my meds but I feel miserable. I am always cold, painfully exhausted, experiencing depression, and weight loss impossible even at a 25% caloric deficit.

I do not think my doctor is listening to me and my next appointment is in December. He can't see me sooner.

Would it be absolutely terrible if I stopped my meds and monitored at my own with mail in tests?
