Low TIBC and UIBC with H63D

Hi everyone, I am waiting for an appointment to go over this but was curious if anyone here can give me some insight

I have 2 copies of H63D. I usually donate blood at American Red Cross (was in a car accident and like to donate) and they sent me home a few weeks ago because my hemoglobin was a bit low, I think they said it was 11.5. I called my doctor and she ordered labs

Only TIBC and UIBC were off, they were very low. Iron levels were fine... hemoglobin is a little low at 12.1

I see my primary doc through my Health Net insurance and also consult a homeopathic doctor at times. I'm expecting different responses from both of these doctors lol... I am 31 and am otherwise very healthy. Any info or ideas would be appreciated! Thank you 😃
