Low urine pressure

i am a 51 year old male with no BP, no diabetes, no sugar and as far as i know, no conditions. i am 5 ft 11 inches in height, 80 kgs.
for the last one month or so i noticed low urine pressure when i am urinating. there is no other symptom.
i don't know if this is connected but my erections are not as strong as before.
in my last annual checkup in august last year, my prostrate condition was fine.
any suggestions?

I am not a doctor, but one possibility is some obstruction in the urethra, perhaps due to benign enlargement of the prostate. Otherwise, like me, the detrusor muscle which squeezes urine out the bladder may be weak, perhaps from being over-stretched. I was told that mine was "like a floppy bag"!
It's worth getting it checked - a urodynamics test will check your flow rate and check whether the pressure within your bladder is significantly higher than the pressure in the rest of your abdomen, as it should be when you are trying to evacuate urine. I had this test about ten years ago, as well as cystoscopy and an ultrasound scan to check for stones or other obstruction. These tests are not painful or worrying, and quite interesting. I ended up having to use intermittent catheters to empty my bladder - again not a problem, so long as I remember to have a catheter with me when needed!
