Low voltage on ekg could it be from low ferritin levels

So, went in for a physical and my ekg read low voltage. I seen a cardiologist and we are going to do a stress test and echo. My labs cam****e in and it shows my ferritin level is 10. My main symptom is sob. Could my ekg be showing low voltage due to low ferritin levels? Anyone ever experience this? What are your symptoms and do you feel like your trying to catch your breath? what did you do for low levels? And how long did it take to increase your levels??
