How many of you have Low wbc(leucopenia) and low neutrophils(neutropenia)? How do you deal with this? Any treatment doctor suggested? I have this even before iron overload. If any suggestions plz reply. Thanks.

Your doctors should be doing investigation to find out the causes.
I would also suggest change diet a low carb diet with lots of greens to try boost immune system.
