Lower abdominal pain

I have been experiencing a feeling of downward pressure in lower abdomen 

with pain at times it’s extremely uncomfortable and makes me want to holding the area up seems to relieve the pressure but it comes back when I let go. I am an otherwise, apart from usual aches and pains of age, relatively heathly 75 year old female. Anyone know what this might be?

    Has this ever happened before?

    Any problems with your bowels or water works?

    Any PV Bleeding or other problems down below?

    Any long term conditions or previous surgery?
