Lower Back Pain

hi for about 4 WEEKS NOW i have been having constant lower back pain when bend over or sitting upright in a certain postion, the pain is just a couple inches above my tailbone area near the right side , i have recently also discovered a squshy lump that moves around under my skin in that area of pain, i am wondering could this be anynthing serious as cancer or anything ??

    there are so many things it could be that you need to get advice from your doctor, not here . That lump could be nothing more than a swollen gland or a fatty deposit, or it could be cancer. But without seeing a doctor you can't be sure . before things progressed too far I want to urge you to see a doctor . And please come back here and let us know what you find out .

    Hi I agree with Amkoffee. This is very unlikely to be cancer but you need to get it checked out asap. It is much more likely to be a benign lump which is impacting on a nerve and causing the pain. x
