Lower back pain and into pelvis

I have been suffering with a suitcase full of symptoms in the last few years with the delightful menopause. I seem to get over one thing and then get another. I am on a low dosage HRT which only alleviates the night sweats but I have had bad digestive issues, hair loss, no sex drive, aching joints, crap memory, anxiety but now its lower back pain and pelvic pressure. This has gone on for the last year on and off but seems more frequent now. I do pilates, have deliberately lost weight and use natural supplements to help but it just continues. I have had various tests over the years to clear up the dreaded big c or cysts etc and it always come back to the lack of hormones. Just want to hear if anybody else has had pelvic pressure and back ache. If so how have you managed to alleviate this annoying and aggravating pain.

I have horrible back and pelvic pain. Mine is usually near and towards the end of my period at its worst. I take Motrin when it is really bad, but I don't like to take it a lot. I do stretches and I use ice. Even on my pelvic region, lol. I am overweight and have recently begun a health journey and have lost 15 pounds so far. I am not sure if that is also part of the issue, because when when I was at a good weight I still had it. I have major health anxiety, so I think the worst as well. Is yours all the time, or near and after your cycle?

I having a cycle dictated by HRT and I am due to come off it soon to see if I have naturally stopped my periods. I have been alternating ice and heat which helps but only if I do it continuously all day which isn't practical. It is miserable especially as you get over one symptom and them another comes along...

All of this is very easy for health anxiety to reach sky high! I'm always convinced these symptoms are something far worse but its been going on for years now. I yearn to feel "normal" whatever that is as I have forgotten...
