    Hi.

sertraline has loads of side effects,

some get a few some get them all, I’m the one who think I got them all.

They are a slow release drug, but one they kick in they do work.

its early days for you, I suggest you write a diary and every day write how you feel, how many side effects you’ve had, and day by day week by week you can see the improvement.

Good luck, hope things settle down for you soo,

PS. Iv been on 25mg for 10 months for health Anxiety, my advice too is don’t rush on upping your dose or you won’t know what your body will settle on.

      Hi Julie

      Thank you for replying

So it sounds like your like me with health anxiety 🙄

Have your side effects gotten better?

I'm in no hurry to up my dose for now but I do hope this lower back starts feeling better..

      Has the tablets helped you?

These are the first tablets I've ever used but after having a craniotomy in march for benign brain tumour my anxiety really snow balled out of control, ever pain I freak out and have really lost faith in my body and scared I'll get something else..

I wonder if these are suited and right for my type of anxiety, I sure hope so. But I'm feeling its worse since starting but have been told it might get worse before better.

this forums amazing it's nice to know there's others like me out there and who are happy to give advice etc

      Thanks again

      Hi trish

i had a rough year last year, one thing led to another and my health anxiety got out of control and I asked to go on sertraline before I went mad with anxiety.

Bless you it sounds like you’ve been through the mill and back.

Honestly they have helped me a 100% it took some time for them to work but I stuck with it, and my anxiety did get worse before it got better.

i had every ache and pain going too. My GP said these are the best for anxiety so please stick with it if you can.

im hear if you need to talk. X

Hey Julie just a quick question when I started on them 2 weeks ago I felt really awake but after 2 weeks I'm needing a rest during day and ready for bed by 8pm

Is this normal? Did you get this?

Sorry only just seen your message, just got in from work I think I was more  tired in the morning, took me along time to get with it, brain fog.

was shattered teatime and couldn’t sleep at night.

Im ok now, think it does depend on when you take it until thing settle.

      I take mine about 7.30pm
