Lower back pain, shoulder pain, 18 years old

Hello,

I need to help with my lower back pain. I am 18. I've had low acitvity in childhood, no sports, i often catch some colds also... I started weight training with almost no knowledge about it. This time used some inpropper techinque and make very stupid mistakes (not doing legs, abs) etc.  but i don't had any side effects (even my posture went better and stop catching colds) till 2 years ago.  I don't exactly remeber everything but i started excercise called deadlift (inproper technique, i am not 100% sure that this is cause. I am not doing that excercise by 2 years). That time i had lower back pain  only  when bend (It wasn't so bad that i couldn't be move or something but i can't last in this position.) It make change about 1 year ago/last summer that now I feel pain not when bend but when doing very long walking or especially sitting, also sometimes when lying, but lying is often the most pain-free for my back, especially lying on stomach. I also sometimes have wirst pain/popping when doing circle/round movement 360* in my wirst. ( i think it started from doing pushups , when i thought to do only bodyweight excercises. I took some breakes of course, started doing some light workouts also,(2x1 month) but it didn’t help at all. Also I have shoulder problems (its worse in my right shoulder, it started when i raise my arms (it also popping) or started doing some pushups, other training. What is most important, that I have been to doctor and physioteraphist (none help me yet with diagnosis). Doctor and physio check shoulder movements and build and said it’s completly OK (doctor suggest neck problem, i had rtg which didn’t provide any faults, it’s not rotator cuff injury). I had also blood test to see inflamtion, but it do’t provide antyhing.

I had lower back RTG (i am attaching it). Space beetwen spinal circles are correct. It’s so long injury, i think when it could be discs problem my discs should be almost flat and change to degenerative disc.

I am completly exhausted form this problem, can’t stand this. I am sorry for my english, it’s not my native language.

Regards

I hope you have a proper trainer.  I don't know much but I do know that with any workout you need to do warm-up exercises and stretches before undertaking any strenuous exercise to prevent sprains and strains which are extremely painful.  If your doctor says it's okay I presume you have no serious injury but I would suggest that if you still have pain after a week you go back to your GP.  In the meantime I would not do any exercise and when you do start working out again take the advice of a qualified trainer.  You are very young for any form of degenerative disease unless there are any hereditary factors so I doubt it is osteoarthritis.  I hope someone comes along to give you more help.

Thank you for fast reply. I don't think also it's osteoarirthirs, but I don't know where to post. However I will go to my doc as soon as possible, but this injury is so long. When I don't excercise it's no difference. I had 2x 1 month off and absolutley no changes. I am curious, beacouse the back injury is so long. Muslce releated problems and disc releated probelms are diffrenet in symptons form what i'heard.
