Lower Body , Penile and anal area skin tenderness happens every 2 months

From Last 3 years ,after evey 2-3 months I am suffering from this problem . Burning sensation of feet ,feet and legs pain ,Genital area and anal area skin tenderness ,Lower body skin tenderness, problem in bowl movement , Anal tears that causes difficulty passing stool , mild fever , general weakness, feels like body heat symptoms . this happens every 1.5-2 months . this problem lasts for a week .
