Lower left groin pain for 2 weeks from weightlifting??

Hello all. I have been having this strange pain in my lower left groin that will sometimes radiate pain to my left testicle. There is NO lump and everything looks to be pretty normal down there. I have also been having sharp pains in my stomach with some bowel movements. I also have a good amount of anxiety and stress. Is this normal? Should I be overly worried?

I also feel like this may have stemmed from an over excersion from a leg press I done approx 2 weeks ago, but the only issue i had from that in the days after was some groin soreness

You could have a hernia, or the start of one. It may even have been caused by your workouts. If it doesnt improve in the next 2 weeks or so then see your doctor. Take ibuprofen and try cold compresses to the area.

I was able to run on the treadmill the other night for 20 minutes with no issues. If it was a hernia, wouldnt it hurt to run? I also tend to be more comfortable when standing compared to sitting. Isnt that typically the opposite of a hernia?

Yes, a hernia would not benefit from that amount of treadmill running. Could be a ligament problem??Google and read about Pudendal neuralgia.
