Lower left Sternum Spasm just to the left of breast

hi,im waiting to have a 24h holter and echocardiogram.For the last 3 months iv had a constant muscle spasm/contraction feeling at the very bottom of sternum to the left of my breast,it constantly is spasming off an on all day everyday it's pretty much constant,there is no pain when I feel it spasm,but for the last week now I have had the odd sharp niggle just centre left of chest wich has gotten more regular and the sharp pain burns aswell.It happens at rest wich i am normally doing anyway as I have chronic fatigue syndrome.My heart beats like hell off an on also.Im so worried I'm only 33 but have a lot of health issues.Thanks for
