Lower leg looked like it was flat

Can anyone help me or give me advice on what I am experiencing? A few months back I woke up and found my left lower leg completely flat. It looked like someone ran my leg over with a vehicle. I asked the VA and no clue. My leg has yet to feel the same. I continously have leg cramps in both legs. I do not have the strength like I use to. My platelets were at 390. High WBC and others. Yet the VA has no clue. Any help or advice where to go I would appreciate it.
