Hi! Believe it or not, a stomach or intestinal problem such as an ulcer can cause low and middle back pain. So best to start with your regular doctor, explain your pain (when you get it and where it goes...Very important!) and have him/her do a work up with tests. Your doc can refer you out to a specialist if needed. Much good luck with this and please let us know how it goes smile

From what you describe, take some ibuprofen and paracetamol, keep moving and hopefully it will go away.

I would start by going to your doctor Have you had any injuries? Doctors start out very conservatively. They may send you for an x-ray, some physical therapy.  Good luck to you.

I would see your Doctor to have you examined, you may be sent for a scan as I was to check for stones etc., don't. worry but have it checked out

Did you do anything? Like fall, or bumped into something?

Definitely go to the Dr's and get checked out and no worries until you get some results, worrying and stressing effects your body and mind...

Hope to hear what the Dr's says

    Hi forson

Quite honestly, seek medical advice, if nothing else but to put your mind at rest that there is nothing serious going on.

Try using a hot water bottle wrapped in something like a tea-towelon the effective area for some relief, or even a bath.

You never said how long this as been going on ?

Best of luck and please let us know how you get on. Hopefully, it will not be long before it starts to subside.
