Lower right groin pain ~6 months post stent removal

Hi all. I know that this isn't the proper way to get medical solutions, and I'm making an appointment with my urologist, but just posting on here to see if anyone has had a similar experience. I'm a 26 year old female identifying person and for the past 2-3 years had suffered from mysterious internal (not muscular) and sometimes debilitating back pain. My scans were fine, I got my gallbladder out and that wasn't the source of my pain (although it at sludge so would've needed to come out eventually I guess), and finally after lots of hopelessness and depression, I went on a whim and saw a urologist. He found a microscopic (size of a grain of sand) kidney stone, removed it and put in a stent. I had the stent for about 10 days. I had VERY little pain, and I count myself lucky on that one. Even when I got the stent out, I had very little to no bleeding and zero ureter spasms. I was tested to have high uric acid in my urine and so my doctor prescribed drinking lemon juice with my water...forever. Again, all good. Starting in December and maybe a bit before, I have had the urge to urinate more often, even when I don't urinate that much when I do, especially when running (I run long distances), and for the past 2-ish months I've had lower right groin pain (the kidney stone was in my right kidney). This pain is WAY different than my last kidney stone. I almost thought it was a hernia or something at first. It started as hurting more during physical excursion and has moved to just hurting in general. Has anyone else suffered from this pain? I just wonder if it's another kidney stone presenting differently or if there is a problem with my kidney/ureter itself post surgery and stent. I do notice the pain more when my bladder is full. I called my doc and should be hearing back soon, but I'm a tad worried. And when I do see him, since he's a specialist, my visit is always very rushed and I have some lingering anxiety from not being properly treated for years before we finally figured out what was wrong. Any thoughts or similar experiences welcome! Thank you.
