Lower right side pelvic pain related to endo

I have been diagnosed with endo recently after my laparoscopic surgery in may. I was diagnosed with Polly cystic ovarian syndrome when I was 13 and I am now 22. My mom and I believed I had endo since I was in high school and my doctors agreed but wanted to wait to treat due to me being so young. over the last three years it has been getting much worse. After my surgery in may of this year I was feeling much better and had some relief but now I have been getting headaches during my periods every month since so bad that I am getting sick and for the past three weeks, started with my last period, my right side has been in pain. Not just minimal but pain so bad at times it takes my breath away. The pain seems to worsen when I need to have a Bowel movement or when I go pee. I am having regular bowel movements so its not constipation. I am worried that the endo has already started coming back. During sex I am also having increased pain. Like I had said I felt so much better the first two months after surgery but now it has just been getting worse. I am taking Ibuprofen multiple times a day to just try to help with the pain. I also have been extremely tired and just want to sleep. Not sure if that part is related but when I am having increased pain I seem to be even more overly tired. Has anyone else had this happen or any help on remedies to help with the pain. I am at a loss for what to do any more. I do have an appointment in November but that was the earliest I could get back in to see my gyno. Please if anyone has any advice please please help me. Being 22 and feeling like this is terrible and it just scares me that I wont be able to carry my own children one day.

Hi Bailey Anne
It must feel a bit like a betrayal by your body tohavebthis happen so soon after your May surgery.
Did they give you any BCP, Mirena coil, shots or anything else after the surgery? That is, did they give you anything that had the potential to slow endo's return?
This disease can return or develop quite rapidly. Not all docs understand this. Yes, you can have right side pain, BM and sex pain with endo.
If you're in the States, call & ask to be put on the wait list for an earlier cancellation. Don't know if you can do that in the UK system.
As to bearing children: some women have no or slight problems, others have great difficulty right up through help from fertility specialists. Some can't conceive after a certain point. It can't be predicted. Hope and pray for the best.
