I just hope you not trying to play doctor and lowering your medications on you own!  If your trying to get off any medication, it is best to follow doctors instructions.

You are normal.  Lots of people have these feelings and thoughts.  Some are better at coping and managing.  Equip yourself with the right tools, therapy, meditation, learning to accept yourself for who and what you are is a big part of the solution to what ills you.  Just to let you know I am sure there are plenty of cancer patients who don't like getting chemotherapy or diabetics that have to take insulin? But they know that it helps them feel better, so they can go on in life.
