Lowered to 10mg due to diarrhoea now feel worse

hi all

my doctor lowered me to 10mg from 20 as i kept having diarrhoea multiple times a day, this seems to of calmed it but i now have the morning anxiety back and finding it dificult to calm down.

i have been on cit for 1 month now and 1 week on 10mg, does my body need to adjust?

    yes yes yes defo!!!!

    your brain is going through alot of changes , it can take a while to settle

    did you start on 10mg?

    i started on 20 but as its through the eye of a needle my doc suggested lowering it
