I'm not a doctor just a patient.
yes I lowered from 20 to 10 to 0.
but the way you supposed to do it is start lowering by 10% of the dose and just go lower and lower and that's how I did it , read about it depends how long you took it for, it took me some years and I don't suggest it but I would tell you to talk to your doc but again it's your life cuz I know it's my life . I had all kinds of side effect while lowering from anxiety, sweating, headaches, dizzy, sleepy ,then insomnia, angry, sad , ready to party at times so it was quiet interesting lol. After I was off of it I end up on 20 mg f-ing again. Good Luck

Mike,
Dizziness and insomnia are the "top two" when going through withdrawal. I foolishly went cold turkey 4 weeks ago, but switched to Citalopram at the same time so I thought I would be ok.
I was wrong. Very wrong. This is powerful medication and the dizziness is quite simply... unbearable.
Go easy and reduce slowly as Pete has said.
All the best,
Matt
