LPR there's a hope!

Lessons I have learned:

  1. Stress even a minor one can mess up my stomach muscles. Yes muscles or maybe nerves. I do not have a medical education. However, stress causes acid building up. So, preventing it or at least developing strategies or positive thinking is a must to control or to prevent LPR breathing problems. The days i have less stress, I have less LPR breathing problems.
  2. Nexium works the best for LPR from my own experience. Every person is different, however trying different PPIs until you find the one that will work for you is a good idea!
  3. Also what I have noticed is some fruits that are high in fructose make it worse. Especially bananas. Cutting down sugar is also a good idea!
  4. Also meditation works better than PPIs for controlling breathing problem. Praying and learning religion has a healing effect on breathing
