    I am 64 and if you are still here, you can talk to me. I had laser surgery of the vulva because the Lichen Sclerosis was so bad. Didn't feel a thing for 4yrs and I was using Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% then the doctor would not call in another prescription. I let it go for a while then it started bothering me again. Got a new doctor, he looked at it and told me I needed surgery. I said that I will not have the laser surgery again as that recovery was hell! He told me no, he would do a partial vulvectomy as that is cutting out the bad spot, so that is what I ham having Friday. The recovery they say is 2-3 weeks versus the 6-8 weeks for the laser.
