so my Ls started after my total hysterectomy. Before that was breast cancer. was told couldn't use any estrogen because cancer was estrogen positive. .my ls has been under control for awhile with little flarups. I use Premarin Cream which is very little estrogen in it and also helps with my hysterectomy issues.. my concern is is that recently I realize that my clitoris is totally disappeared😫😫 what in the hell???? has anybody else had this problem and if so can you get it back going to make an appointment with my doc

hi unfortunately this happens. i use dovate cortizone at night before bed time and as welll as coconut oil after each visit to the toilet on the whole area. LS is decribed as sticky and therefore the outer lips as well as Clit fades away. the coconut oil helps a lot start using it.

Your story seems to say that estrogen is part of the cause of LS. From everything I have read, the parts do not come back. They can be unfused, however. Are you sure it has reabsorbed or is perhaps fused to the labia?
By all means do the coconut oil (extra virgin organic non-gmo) and watch for developments. Half a cup of baking soda in the bath is also a good idea. Does it itch or is it painful? Can you still have sex without pain?

Kim-Can't "get it back", hood is probably fused closed, but you CAN have clitoris unfused. I had surgery Nov1, sides were separated, extra tissue clipped and sides stitched ( dissolvable). Pain of surgery was less than my biopsy! Constipation from anesthesia was worse part!
Cost about $3000 with my deductible, worth it! Orgasms hv gone from a 1/2 to a 5/6.
Surgery was performed by my Gyn LS Specialist, outpatient. Had it on Friday, back to work Wed. with little pain.
Hope this info helps!:)

Oh my gosh, this has happened to me, too! My clitoris has buried itself, hood has mostly disappeared except for a little bit that has folded back on itself in an adhesion that created a tiny little pocket that collects bacteria and is constantly sore. Awesome.
I didn't think I wanted surgery, but I'm now emotionally recovered enough from having my 30-year marriage blow up in my face to feel like I want to find a partner again. My remodelled undercarriage is a worry. Hearing about your success makes me hopeful and thinking I should explore getting it fixed. (Yeah, that biopsy -- actually the injection to numb it! Was that actually LESS painful than the biopsy would be without it??!? I almost slid backwards off the head of the table!)
Thanks for sharing such intimate info!
