I was re-reading some old notes and came across a note that said LS is a mast-cell disease; so, did a search and found a list of results including a 7-page pdf. article: Lichen sclerosus: a review of literature and a case of an atypic surgical treatment. It also mentions borrelia. This may interest members.

Interesting read; In areas that I haven't gone or needed (surgery) but good to know about. argh.
