LS skincare regime

Hi all. With all the posts asking about what treatment people are using, I thought I would post my LS skincare regime. I suspect, like many women on here, I have suffered from LS undiagnosed for a long time. After the initial anxiety of getting my diagnosis, I now try to think positively about my approach to managing it. It's early days for me, but this is what seems to be working (see photo).File size is too big
