LS Ulcer

What do you do with an open lesion? I've had the "rash" on my breasts for 3 years, continually misdiagnosed and treated for fungal infections . Finally got a dermatology referral, had it biopsied last month, and it came back lichen sclerosus. Dermatologist has me on triamcinolone twice a day and tacrolimus once a day. I've had this for 3 year and I've never had an open lesion like I do now. It's very painful but doesn't look infected yet. I spoke to my derm and was told to just keep using the treatment I was prescribed. I'm doing that but is there anything that you've found has helped for open sores? Since I started the treatment, my skin seems more fragile.
