Can anyone explain the difference in symptoms between lichen planus and lichen sclerosis?

    Hi, with Lichen Sclerosus  sores/ulcers are always on the outside of the vagina. With Lichen Planus sores are mostly on the inside of the vagina, by that I mean on the very inside of your labia minora.  This makes Lichen Planus  more difficult to treat because of this.
