Lumbar back pain w/ pelvic tingling and constipation

Hi,

I have been having pain in my lumbar spine for the past few months with tingling/crawling sensations in my lower back and pelvis which worsen when sitting or laying on my back. I have also had a recent change in my bowel habits. I used to always be able to go very easily and often but now I've been struggling and feel like I can't push it out even if my bowel movements aren't "constipation consistency". I had a normal lumbar spine MRI. I don't know what to do at this time. I am worried that I am developing permanent nerve damage. Does anyone suffer from something similar?
