Lumber back pain that makes sitting in a chair unbearable

Posted , 1 user is following.

I injured my back 18 months ago, and its got progressively worse. I've had MRI's, seen numerous osteopaths and physios, had steroid and nerve ablasion. Absolutely nothing has helped. Biggest issue is that I cannot sit on any chair without unbearable pain just above the cleft of my buttocks, started off as burning but now a solid pain. I cannot now drive far, work, sit and relax or live a normal life. Scans showed an annular tear in my disc at L4-5 and degenerative discs at L4-S1. Has anyone experienced this pain, at this spot, and if so have you had any success treating it? All professionals I've seen are stumped! I'm desperate to get on with life, but its looking grim right now
