I wasn’t having a showe and I noticed a lump on the back on my anus external it’s very squiggy and not painless at all just irritating

    In case you're not familiar with the term piles, it means hemorrhoid.

    Could be a skin tag. I had one years ago and got so worried about it, I took myself off to a sexual health clinic. They pronounced it a harmless skin tag and froze it off.

    I think that's haemorrhoids . It's a swollen and inflamed vein in the rectum. Ointments will do the trick. Get rubb and apply directly on the surface.
