I have discovered right outside my anus. It's pretty big, round, and firm. It doesnt hurt whatsoever and i didnt even know it was there. Should i be concerned?!

in regards to an std, no you shouldnt be concerned. but i think this qualifies for a visit to the doc.

looks like a pile or a skin tag! usally they are fine and dont give any trouble but can be removed if they make you feel uncomfortable 😃

It does look like a pile or a skin tag. If it is a pile you will most likely experience some itching at some point possibly pain. It is a bit hard to tell from that distance for sure do you have any closer pictures that are spread if you can pull it up and show the underneath?
