Lump at side of breast/armpit

A few weeks ago I found a lump in my right breast, well I can't really tell if it's in my armpit or like the tail end of the breast tissue, but it's sort at the 10 o'clock position if that makes sense.

It's quite firm and the edges feel uneven, and the surface feels bumpy and sort of gritty, it's completely painless, I can't tell if it's movable or whether that's the tissue around it moving. Its pretty close to my ribs  and about the size of a grape, I can't see it sticking out from the skin so I think it's quite deep.

I couldn't help myself from googling but now I'm sort of terrified 😳 I'm 23. My last blood test showed low lymphocytes and slightly high b12, I've got loads of swollen lymph nodes, potentially as a result of a low immune system and reccurring infections, so I thought it might be a node but this feels so different from all the lymph nodes, which are all smooth and smaller.

Sorry this is pretty long,  I chickened out of mentioning it to my gp, should I get this checked out?
