Lump behind knee in the crease

I've noticed a lump behind my knee in the crease on my left leg towards the left of it. I don't really get any pain in my leg very often and its not noticeable if you look at the back of my leg. I can only feel it if I'm standing up straight or if I'm flexing my legs so I can't feel it if I'm sitting down or if I'm bending my legs. I've looked everywhere on Google and the only things that come up is Bakers cyst or a sarcoma and I know I don't have that because I have no swelling in my leg and its not big enough to see it. I haven't been to the doctors yet. I noticed it a few months ago so not entirely sure how long its actually been there. I know its probably nothing to worry about but I'm a constant worrier and need some reassurance. Thanks
