Lump close to penis (pictures included)

Today while taking a shower I noticed a lump next to me penis, after barely touching it white discharge came out (similar to what big pimple would look like). I did not want to push anymore so I just disinfected it and left it alone. The lump is under the skin to what it feels like and probably the size of 1.5 M&M (candy). Any ideas what could it be?
