I have a lump that feels like it's in the center of my penis when erect. No lump when soft. There is no curvature or pain. It is not rigid or well defined. Feels almost like there's a mass in the urethra and can feel it protrude through topside and bottom side. About .25 inch. Noticed about 9 months ago and finally getting in to urologist next week. Should I be nervous? Thanks in advance.

Is it a lump or just a vein or something pressing out? I have some veins that become more prominent sometimes, seems to come and go from week to week.
