Lump in my right nostril

Hi does anyone know what this could be in my nose? I've been having problems for around 3 years and after going to my doctors on numerous occasions they just keep palming me off and have failed to even look up my nose. I have had to purchase a micro camera to look up my own nose to find what is wrong.

I have a large lump that covers most of my right nostril, please see images below

Symptoms:

Pressure in head

Mucus in throat

Runny nose (opposite nostril)

Feeling unwell

Tiredness

Any information would be gratefully received, Thank you.
