Lump in throat feeling after eating

Last night i had some hot and spicy food, and not long after dinner i started having this lump in the throat feeling, right around the Adam's Apple in the middle of the throat. It felt like a pill or something stuck inside. And at the same time I felt heartburn and burning at the bottom of my throat. The feeling was constant last night, regardless whether I was swallowing saliva or not, but did felt relief for a few seconds after burping (and I did burp a lot). I was also clearing my throat a lot. This morning after waking up there was little to no lump in throat feeling, even after eating brunch there wasn't much feeling. But tonight after dinner I started having the same heartburn and lump in throat feeling again, I did had a lot of sour food and drink. There's no pain when I eat or swallow, and the lump in throat feeling actually kind of dissapear when I eat. Is this globus pharyngeus due to acid reflux? I plan to eat some Nexium tonight and tomorrow morning and see if it solve it. I'm 30 year old, female, don't smoke and hardly drink alcohol.
