Lump in throat sensation

for the past 6 months i have had what i think is food coming back up my throat..i get this proberbly twice a week..i read about gerd and realised it was proberbly that however the past 3 weeks i have had a different sensation like something is stuck in my throat..it isnt near my adams apple its a little bit lower down where the neck indents. i thought it was anxiety and it could be as i am very anxious and stressed out. everytime i swallow i can feel the lump. today i turned my neck to the left and swallowed and then turned my head the other way and swallowed..and its definately feels more noticeable when i turn my head to the right. i cant feel a lump i have tried pressing around the area but it def feels like something stuck in my throat..any ideas?
