Lump inside vagina?!?

About a month ago I had a really bad Uti (or what felt like one) and about a week after it started I had organ pain  on the centre right side of my stomach area. It seemed to have cleared up, but sometimes it hurts to pee in the mornings but I figured it was from holding in my pee.

Anyway, I had sex for the first time since then and whilst getting fingered my bf said there was something weird and not normal inside my vagina. I brushed it off and tried to have sex and it was weird, I could feel this lump inside my vagina and sometimes his dick would get caught on it? 

I tried to feel for it the next day and i could feel a largish lump about an index finger deep. It wasn’t there before my Uti and it’s really starting to freak me out
