Lump on back of neck. Lymphoma??

Posted , 4 users are following.

I have a tiny lump on the back left of my neck. It isn't painful and I don't believe it to be bigger than 1cm or even pea sized.

I don't have any accompanying symptoms and nowhere else seems to be swollen.

I'm really worried that this is lymphoma. I discovered the lump on 23rd February

very often we can get several tightened muscles that form tiny "knots". very common. they can be massaged out.

don’t jump to worst case scenario. especially if you have no other symptoms. you would most likely have other enlarged lymph nodes. The one you mentioned is not even enlarged. You can always go have a check up for your peace of mind.

I told the MD I knew it was caused by a new sliver chain I was wearing 24/7 as it was rubbing right back there.

Turned out it was an infected cyst. It got to be really huge and gross.
