Lump on groin that keeps reappearing (Photos included).

i have a lump on my groin that keeps reappearing, it seems to get aggravated mostly due to horse riding. It is right between my legs, next to my vulva but on the leg. I have had this lump on both sides of my groin before, it does eventually go away but can take months. I rang the doctor but they wouldn't see me due to COVID and they told me it is just a swollen lymph node. However, I don't see why it would keep recurring as I feel fine and do not have an STD. Maybe it is a recurring abscess or an ingrown hair? imageWhat does this seem like to you?
