Lump on inside of mouth under tongue

I have a lump under my tongue and is causing smore discomfort

Am I to be worried about this or shall I just wait for it to pass

    Have you had the lump before ? It may be a stone in your salivary duct but if it is causing you concern book a doctors appt make sure your oral hygiene is good and use mouthwash you may find it helps.
