Lump on my thumb, Is it cancerous?

Hello, I'm  12 y/o boy. Today I was blowing up some fireworks. The lighter I used was one of those that had a little wheel that you have to move to turn it on. It was rough on my right thumb. After about half an hour of lighting fireworks with the lighter, I got a lump on my thumb, It's Inmovable. I can't tell If it has any liquid in it. I don't feel it since It is very small. Can someone tell me If it's cancerouse or not? I'm really worried since my diet hasn't been so good lately. I want to go to sleep peacefully tonight with no worries.

Update: I pulled to skin with my mouth and it popped, some sort of fluid came out. Now I know it's not cancerous.

    HI Daniel

No its not cancerous its probably a burn from the lighter or firework.

I would tell you at such a young age you need to stay away from fireworks and lighters as these can be very dangerous.

Thank so much for calming my nerves. I did pop the lump and liquid came out, so I didn't want it to get Infected so I put a bandade around my thumb. Again, thank you so much! One more question, should I go to the doctor and ask for advice.

If its tiny and not infected I don't think you have much to worry about Daniel put a plaster on it to keep infection out.  Only if it is not healing or gets infected do you need to go to the doctor.

One more thing Daniel cancer doesnt suddenly appear so don't be worrying sweetheart..

Hello Daniel,  after using a lighter for a half an hour straight, it seems to be that you developed a blister/callus from overuse of the thumb.
