From comparing most conditions, the closet I have found it to match is Sebaceous Cyst.

Anyone know if I'm overlooking anything? Thanks

Yes, either a sebaceous cyst or an infected hair follicle. Just keep it very clean. It may start to discharge pus. If you get a lot of these you need to see your doctor but they are quite common.

    Thanks Marina

An infected hair follicle also makes sense. My wife gave me a DIY haircut last weekend, and the clippers had not been used in a long time so may not have been 100% clean.

Seems to be getting a bit bigger and the lump is hard and tender. How long before I would expect this to go down? Thanks

Getting a bit worried about this now, seeing lymphoma come up in some searches. I have a video consult booked with a doctor tomorrow.
