Lump on penis. What could it be?

i developed a lump on my penis and from last one week it is growing bigger. I tried to pop it and just like a pimple fat came out. However, even after a day the lump is still there. I had some discomfort before i popped it but after i don't feel much pain.

There was a lump for like 3-5 months but it was very small and painless but forb last 2 weeks it grew and the story is as above. pasting a pic after the pop. Please help!image
